The real valueFor FCU the real value is about to come to the surface. And not only literally.
Like some commented, it's scint readings now. Combine that with a general bad market, a recent PP that locked the shareprice + Management putting some options into place, it's no wonder that the stock retreats to 1.59 support level. If that one falls, next support is 1.49. So as far as downside is concerned there's really little risk.
The upside however... Imagine us putting PP's and options behind us, and receiving some more good scint results before we're finally getting the real assays. After that analysts will increase their resource deposit estimates and since we have plenty of money and options right now at place, the stock can pretty much only move up after that. FCU is currently being valued at about 60 million pounds. Well, let me just say I think we're at double that amount already by now, and at least at the end of the summer program.
There are few companies around that offer low risk and high reward within a range of 12 months.
