In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Sorry that should read weak level 2 bid.  I sure wish I knew why I have not seen the share buy back yet.  I hope it is not because they think there is more weakness to come below .29.  I suppose there is not much sense getting to exited over the penny swings.  From my observations though the share price is going to need to decide a direction here soon.  The technicals I am seeing either saying .26-.28 or .38-.40.  I guess some patience here is called for cheers Matthew
