To bad the board did not have an advance notice policy before? that way the board and company would not be controlled by accountants and hedge funds that have killed any innovation and spirit. A technology company without a Chief Technology Officer is like a hedge fund without an accountant. 1,000 new subs in a year tells you why innovation is important as a techology company. Any dimwit can sell pieces off of a company, it takes brains and charisma to build and grow a company.

Now, tell us why Brasil is a problem? The CEO has the letter. Looking forward to the proxy.
