It's good enough news that we should be getting WiLAN's interpretation of the court decision in a release tomorrow. JS & Co likely chose to wait a day or two in order to discern the Court document before releasing any news.

The Judge denying WiLAN all the other motions in the JMOL concerns me and requires clarification on what that implies - a long, drawn-out appeal process would not be in anyone's best interests IMO - Apple included! Hopefully Apple realizes that and will come back to the negotiating table.

Looking forward to hearing from WiLAN. If we don't then something is seriously wrong.
