RE:Jaime Carrasco Houston Acquires Additional SharesInteresting... Clearly he has averaged down his previous buys, but he must have known that it would be nearly impossible to sell his stake (more than 3,5 mil. shares) without seriously affecting the share price.

So I gues we have another (really) long term shareholder (in addition to Roumell Asset Management which owns about 15% of SND shares).
