RE:Clarke vs. Sherritt

RE:Clarke vs. Sherritt
Congratulations, World of Mining ,a great summary re- Sherritt and Clarke !

Your well written and timely blog article does a great job of summarizing a situation that is similar ,in my opinion to the CP proxy battle.
I am surprised why more articles are not written about this case highlighting the importance of management and executives who are not on the same page as shareholders especially when they are paid just to show up and have no proprietary interest in the company they claim as their "baby".
If there was an reasonable equity position held by management as well as directors then credibility could be cast their way. Do they take their shareholders as ignorant donkeys??
Mr.Armoyan has the opportunity to shake up the Canadian establishment by putting his money where his interests lie unlike present management at Sherritt.
I am shareholder of both firms  simply because of the "guts" displayed by Mr.Armoyan. I will vote along side Clarke shareholders with my Sherritt position.
This is a case of shareholders rights and representation which all equity stakeholders should embrace.
Ted
