The deal was signed when they were directors but doubtful Johnex even spoke to them once. Easy to see the new directors brought the project to fruition.
In your eyes all problems under the previous directors are easily blamed on others and all accomplishments during their tenure or not are all to their credit.
Obviously the previous directors shared insider information with you on many occasions from discussions on Johnex, to details on receivables, to KGHM and who knows what else. A clear violation of insider information policies and brings in to question their impeccable integrity.
In the end your opinions are yours and mine are mine and everyone else will have their own and that is the way it should be.
