Yes cll in the past has had last pushes in March -April and yes  "sell in May and go away" has applied EXCEPT last year on my birthday July 19th - what a POP UP that was. Lucky I had bough in BIG the week before. Now I will not sell in May: 1) don't want to miss any similar pop 2) possibly "end game" when the balance issue is addressed this year  and 3) politcs are suggesting a whole new Federal Department Canada - US joint energy regime to EXPAND and utilize Canadian energy infastrucrure. Sounds like a huge US money injection to develope our energy for a share in the produce. CLL has nothing but POTENTIAL to sell and potential is what these type of funds will be targeting to develop.....Does anybody know where to access details on this Energy initiative? All new news to me on CBC " The National" last night. Paul Martin made the proposal with 2 candidates to head up the suggested New Federal Department.
