Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RE:RE:RE:RE:so here we are...The impression I got from the CC was that the Nic site shows gross generation, not net. Is that how y'all heard it as well? This is deduced from the net generation level management quoted versus what we see on the Nic site - just didn't add up. The rig has been off the site for weeks from what I have heard. IMO, no company will take out RPG with stock. Debt must be addressed, write down by banks required (slim chance at this point), or fully refinanced or debt taken out with cash. This will take months unless a buyer steps in under the PT Barnum rule; "There's a sucker born every minute" and replaces RPG as the borrower under existing conditions (not going to happen). Either an asset sale will come through, or the banks will own the asset. In either case, RPG is going to fold up and is not going to develop any other projects - just look at the management team fellow shareholders. It is not a development team, that is past. All we can hope for at this time is for current management to make the best deal possible before the banks step in. A sad situation for us all. OE
