RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:It's TimeI beleive the news release created an awareness of how tight of a shell the company is.  It only got this tight after a 5:1 rollback.  Another poster mentioned they have no money, so if that is correct any deal they make will require a PP to fund the deal and operations. 20M shares at $.15 would be 3M buck. Some of the 3M would be to purchase the asset and some would be for operations.  I think the company is in a good place to find the right deal and I have not heard of any rumours.
