For timelines I have no idea..........I was caught by surprise with the release of updated RE....It came before spring....so maybe the PFS will come early too....they stated mid year .......and it's way over due from original time frame so who knows...but if you look at the Duluth chart, we are coming off the low but could revisit or we could just see sp rise very slowly due to investors regaining their positions....investors sell when the snow goes and if one is waiting to buy on the cheap(today's sp is cheap) they will wait for further indication of such.....so I need to see some green sessions here and then I will be buying......most likely would be of benefit to be in position by first week of May :0)
