It does appear that buyers of nat gas, might be required to put up monies in escrow to cover the potential difference in higher prices. Turnabout is interesting to a degree. Not that long now, until the election and such is concluded... Should?? keep things here in a stable manner until that time,
as until election has been decided, wont have an idea of how quickly the agenda might go.
