RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Did Macaskill get to the court clerk?I object your honor!!!  WoolyBully's comments are agredgetious and outrageous.

Let the court of public opinion note that SmallCap52 put up with you INT left-overs for weeks, if not months before trying to quell this cesspool of inuendo and gossip!!!

On the advice of qualified (well I hope so) counsel, several parties have admitted to their malfesance and issued apologies, so clearly there was something going on with the BB to warrant investigation by qualified legal representatives.

In Mr. Cooper's case, a judge has clearly ruled this matter requires people have their day in court by finding merit in the complaints against the post history he accumulated here on the CCB BB, in ruling he should be identified when he still remained an anonymous poster.  Had he issued an apology under the alias doobyus when challenged, he may have avoided having his personal information revealed, buy NOOOOOOOOOOOOO, he choose a defense of verbal semantics, IMO. (possibly because the other options appeared taken? lol)

Wooly your claims of free speech, simply don't include criminal harrassment and bullying of individuals posting on SH.  They don't include inuendo of improper conduct by Venture managements, that is tatamount to direct defamation and libel. Comments of a personal nature come under what is called slander.  You've obviously been consulting your nephew for legal advice in this whole matter and his experience probably doesn't include anything more serious than a traffic ticket.

Because you are playing dumb, I'll point out that Daryll was permanently banned from Stockhouse for creating multiiple ID's and is an obvious mental case who needs to be locked away for a "time out" of an indeterminant length of time.  His elevator doesn't go to the top floor.  He is not playing with a full deck.  He is Coo-Coo for Coo-Coo Puffs.  He rides the short bus. lol

You on the other hand will get your new assignment soon and have to leave our little discussion, just as you bid adieu to INT to concentrate on this board.  You have masters manipulating all us little puppets on Stockhouse, or so you think.

Sure hope I get to see one of your employment agreements looked at by a BC Supreme Court Justice.  I think his/her honor would find it not worth the paper it is printed on, but that is a personal opinion.

AS always, these are all just my personal opinions as a "disconnected" retail investor.
