I gave you all the facts, I told you about synergies between DMC and Nordex, and that I did not buy any Nordex shares when I made an effort to instigate the process. I also speculated that the fact that this information was in the previous directors hand would explain why they did not buy Nordex shares in the applicable time frame.
Surely the previous board proved its integrity by acting as they did, starting with full information circular when they run for the election.in 2010, while the current board came like thieves at night, hiding tha fact that they were going to steal the control. And that's exactly what happened. They could not do it again because the old shareholders were clearly supportive of the previous board. Knowing that they doubled number of shares, issued themselves and their friends at a substantial discount to the market. You dare to say thet they have any integrity.
