Looks like were in for a lttle short term pain
for the time being , than it's full steam ahead. The dividend increase and new land holdings bodes well for the future. Can1 your Crew is looking great today confrats. I'm looking for sustainable dividends with a little growth at my age and Long Run fits the bill. It wouldn't surprise me some time down the road Lre get sold and we get a hefty premium to boot. Glta
