RE:RE:Suggestion.

RE:RE:Suggestion. The  fair  value  may be 60 cents, but investors  need a  reason to buy  venture  stocks  now.... That  reason  has to be  more  than a  fair  value.

The  managment  take  very  healty  wages which may be  afordable, but  that  does  not  make  a case for investors to buy the  stock....   As i stated  if  the   compensation was  oriented  arround   a dividend  rather  than  wages then  investors  would  drive the   stock  value....  I maintain that  the   managment  would  actually  make   more   if they  used  this  approach.

Each one  cent  dividend  would  support  an additional  15 to 25 cent  valueation. Even  at  25  cents  that  equates  to  4% dividend.   at 15  cents  that  equates  to  nearly   a 7 % dividend.

I suggest  managment  do the  math on this  considering  their  stock  ownership, wts  and  options....  I  think  their  compensation  would be  multiples  of their  present  salary .... May be a  bit  early  to  roll this  out,  but  it  should  be considered  as  the  focus  going  forward.
