If DM is looking real good to anto then why

Why Did Anto allow its percentage ownership in DM decline,  by refusing to buy the DM shares it was entitled to buy, as their pre-emptive right, at the very low price of 65 cents,  as an add on to DM's recent seemingly desperate private placement??

Those in the know. possibly including Anto, seem reluctant to invest in DM.  One can only wonder if the grandiose actions by DM's management in terms of untimely exploration and excessive staffing has put DM on an uncertain financial footing that threatens their capacity to maintain their interest in the much more important Twin Metals project.  

There seems to be something very wrong with DM right now. Any ideas??
