A few unifomed and or day traders

A few unifomed and or day tradersare dictating, the course of events for this REIT. The reality is that 2014, will work out just fine. It is unfortunate, that the REIT has had to absorb the cost of buying out the previous management contract and has incurred severance costs and other administrative costs o move its head office. Yes, all these costs have to be paid. it should be able to save dollars after the internalization. All of these costs are one time charges that are not going to repeat. The value of the business (The Real Estate) has not changed. So, it makes no sense to see the stock price should be at these levels. The analysts, for some reason have failed to do their job, by not postcripting their remarks with these one time costs.
