let's explain it one last time ... slowly: 


Aroway is the operator, and 100% beneficial of the production/cash-flow ...  

Aroway did a vendor take back deal on West Hazel ... Aroway will be paying $130,000/month beginning in May to pay for the facility work/drilling.  Basically taking the money that they were paying in trucking the water and redirecting it to pay for the facility.  But Aroway have now a lot more production at WH (GOOD!)  and a much reduced operating costs on the whole property (VERY GOOD!).  

More wells now on W.H would've been a lot more water trucking cost ...
