Bullish on PHM

Fabrice Taylor is very bullish on PHM, having purchased more recently.

PHM still has $5 million in the bank, after the latest acquisition and is generating $250,000 of cash per month, or $3 million a year. With a market cap of about $30 million, Taylor feels the stock isn't expensive.
