RE:ROF sure sounds like a cake walkMuch the same as the diamond mines in the Northwest territories. 25 years ago when diamonds were discovered in the NWT all the naysayers were saying it could and would never be done. No roads, too much permafrost, no electricity, no workforce to draw from, too expensive, government squabbling, disturb migrating caribou etc. Diamonds were discovered in what was known as the Lac de Gras area....300 to 400 kms. from Yellowknife in the Tundra. It took years but today the NWT has three working diamond mines and one more under construction. All the AFM obstacles were overcome. Thousands of jobs were created, Yellowknife boomed and the naysayers went away. Same thing will happen in the ROF....guaranteed...!
