I was not under any expections of a special dividend being announced from or with this auction . A dividend on special auctions was something LUC was pondering at a possible time in the future. The only for sure is the .02 dividend if you have shares on May 1 . Hard to believe the Market was assuming it differently ?
Some people here have been mentioning 3 special auctions in 2014. This is Not the case . There are only 2 special auctions for 2014.
After all that i have no understanding or answers . The volume is way up in activity on the news but the share price is stagnet .
