One of the problems with retail is that the big vendors drag their suppliers unmercifully. So while NSP has a lot of product in the supply pipline and on the shelves, they haven't been paid for it. When the pipline fills, the money should start to show back at the head office. When this happens the stock goes up. Financing is a real help through this period. So I'm pretty sure it will happen, just needs a bit of time.
