RE:Response from Kathy Sipos

RE:Response from Kathy Sipos...i also  spoke  w/ the Co last  nite...i was  told  the same  thing, in that  there  is nothing  wrong,,, and  they  jsut  thought  it was  a smart  thing  to do. Was  also  told  they are  concerned  w/ POG  volatility, and  just wanted  to  cover themselves... i asked  abt  plans  to buy  down  debt, and  15' plans  to buy back shares,,, was  told  they  still plan  on doing  so, as  long  as  POG  doesnt   dive... they  continue  to bring   up  Exploration   opps... i  was  told  they  think the  opps  are  on Teranga  land, not  the Ole  land..., b/c  they  continue  bringing it up in their  reports, maybe  there is  another  big  find....    considering  POG  volatility,,,,, i  think its  smart  to borrow  the $30 mil.... Young  keeps  mentioning  Shareholder  Value..........  i think we'll have  to wait  for   Yr End  14'   Financials  to  find  out.
