1) Poor communication ...last revenue related press release Feb 19 (2 days before AGM)
...this could be corrected

2)...website appears to be neglected imo ...this could be corrected

3) History of over-inflated predictions (Romanian Annual contract) ...this could be corrected

Top it off with not generating nearly enough revenue to cover the expenditures ...consequently ...bleeding cash

Is it really a surprise to see the share price languishing in the low to mid twenties?
