RE:Nice writeupyou are not correct, read again: "production rates in excess of 400 barrels per day from West Hazel as a result of our new oil well and water disposal facility" 

They had before 3 producing wells, realizing around 250boed

CURRENT there are 1 water disposal well + 4 PRODUCING WELLS AT W.H (3 existing + 1 new) with a prod target in 400 - 500boed range; 


They also have 3 more infill drilling target wells, same as the new well they just drilled; these 3 more infill wells planned in the comming months, each will costs 450K to drill with estimate prod of 80-100boed
