Quakes99, These were my exact thoughts. Nice post sir. I believe the purchase of this property is a good sign. Noka is super excited about Carpenter Lake and Alpha must be too! If Carpenter Lake hits like Fission, why wouldn't you want the contiguous properties???? It makes sense to me. They are buying up everything around Carpenter Lake! Go Noka! Cheers, Realty
