Heisenberg77, You are correct sir. I spoke with Noka a week or so ago and they indicated that he Carpenter drilling would not begin until late 2014, but my gut feeling based on the conversation was that it could get pushed back to 2015(2015 is not what he said, again it was my gut feel on the way he said things).
