RE:consolidation

RE:consolidationFirst of all, thanks for the excellent catch about the planned Reverse Split !
Must tell, I overlooked it in the AGM:

I most cases RS leads to falling share prices, because just to have a 1-to-10 reduction in shares simply doas not change anything.
If some more underlying success would come on drilling results, then it is of course better better to have a .70 (split adjusted) share ... in order to make any Private / Public placements.

All depends on the hard facts and work of the board in finding new discoveries. At the moment, I do not consider it as "awfully" good to have 1-to-10 RS (based on historical / statistical data on price moves of shares after a RS), but maybe there is a game plan in mind.
...
the number of Common Shares issued and outstanding will be reduced from approximately 114,908,757

Common Shares as of March 27, 2014 to approximately 11,490,876 Common Shares (assuming a

consolidation of ten (10) existing Common Shares for one (1) new Common Share);
...

Any other thoughts ???????
