I agree with that.  Besides PLS is there anyone else in that area shipping by boat?  PlS CEO said they could get agg there very cheap. 

HBK will be a home run if they can get operations running and produce in an efficient manner. Just go look at ABM and see how hard it is to get quarries running without blowing out the expenses.  They are struggling.

 I am pulling hard for HBK.
