I don't know if there are any winner's in the world right now.  Greece is having huge anti-austerity protests.   Millions have been left without health care because of the cutbacks.  Spain has a 27% unemployment rate-youth unemployment is 50%.  The    U.S. almost defaulted for the first time in history on their loan payments.   All I can say is I am glad I live in Canada.  We are not perfect here,
but we are far better off than many if not most.   Ok.  This is the Vms board, so I guess we should get back to Vms buisness.  Commercial production-we could see some positive movement soon.
