RE:buyout in the next 3mos.?Why would any shareholder agree for anything at a price like that?
If the company can generate over $40M cashflow and reduce debt to bellow$90M, why would
 the entire EV be $160M (US)?
By reducing debt to $90M by end of 2014 and having about 2000+ bopd (due to waterflooding)
 the $0.2CDN will give you EV of $125M (US) and still having the land and over one more year 
 of relatively stable production without much of additional waterflooding or anything else.
The land has 100 sectors of economically viable targets at current technical knowledge.
That is 600-800 targets of low risk and these are only the derisked ones. 
If the value of each one (NPV10) is only $0.5M and you assign $0 to the rest of the land, you
 end up with lots of value any way you look at it.
