RE:RE:RE:hey JDThe July 2011 PEA number was based on a much larger plant. Going by memory I think they were originally thinking 4000 - 5000 ton/day. The picture has changed a lot since then and they have a much better understanding of the metallurgy and equipment required to mine Kobada. They are now looking at a 1500 ton/day plant to start that can be scaled up as internally generated cash flow permits. The capex number I hear is from a few very dependable sources and the actual number I hear is $10MM - $20MM depending on different variables like a used plant or new plant etc. I know this capex number is difficult to understand but Kobada is a very unique deposit with it's metallurgy. My source tell me that 1500 ton/day plant could produce 40,000 - 60,000 oz per year depending on what ore is used to feed the plant. Given a cash cost of <$500 oz to mine.....well you can do that arithmetic. you can get more info at the following link which will lead you to another link to an agg management videoconference done in jan this year. https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.agg/african-gold-group,-inc/6?postid=22100070 oz="" to="" mine.....well="" you="" can="" do="" that="" arithmetic.="" you="" can="" get="" more="" info="" at="" the="" following="" link="" which="" will="" lead="" you="" to="" another="" link="" to="" an="" agg="" management="" videoconference="" done="" in="" jan="" this="" year.="" https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.agg/african-gold-group,-inc/6?postid="">$500 oz to mine.....well you can do that arithmetic. you can get more info at the following link which will lead you to another link to an agg management videoconference done in jan this year. https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/v.agg/african-gold-group,-inc/6?postid=22100070>
