RE:Traders or scammersYou are correct - in fact, every day over the past week, BMO has been dumping shares during the last 15 minutes of trading. Today, it was responsible for about 97% of the net sales, including a chunk of them during the last few minutes. I have no idea what this means e.g. is it unloading or shorting? Either way, it seems sensible to put in low bids and wait for BMO to fill them.
