So far the only ones who are crunching numbers are insiders. It looks like they are going to attempt to wrap this up pronto. Who is going to evalutate this? The exchange doesn't have the time or a clue. I am really hoping that another outfit comes in and over-bids ROR which has already started to munch on its own tail.
