An openminded view of some very cool Dealmaking.

An openminded view of some very cool Dealmaking. With this deal, Benton has a chance at a big play with the shell company.    Its not like the new company is taking over a shell.  Its like a cool proactive logical deal, even to the degree of the old company providing financing.
The new company is very here and now and this is a great opportunity for them to get a public listing and financing.   I know nothing about the capabilities or background of management at the new company, but if they know what they are doing and work hard, they could be very successful.
Its a fair deal.   Coro has done a tremendous job of staying alive.    There is no question the CORO people know copper and are trying hard and are respected.  Otherwise CORO could not have done the deals it has done over the last few years to enable it to stay afloat and continue to have viable prospects.   There is no promises in investing in junior mining, but for any investor to get the quality of effort he has gotten in CORO, is something to be recognized.
I have no idea what will happen  but  good dealmaking must be recognized.
