RE:RE:RE:RE:buyout in the next 3mos.?Ofirme, Thanks for bringing me up to speed. I'm in total agreement a J/V is needed to bring Pinecrest out of it's slump. I just hope management does the right thing. I don't consider it a weakness to ask for help when help is needed!
