With regard to ARW and a PP

With regard to ARW and a PP

ARW has managed to to alleviate the need for a PP by employing some heads up strategy in negotiating what amounts to vendor take back deals and I would expect them to continue to do so. The primary reason for an increase in accrued liabilities last qtr was primarily due to the siesmic program and not deffered expenses as I originally surmmised. So if one were to simply project future cashflows vs expenses I think it will show that having managed to circumvent going to the public for money thus far implies that they are serious about avoiding financing at these levels so I don't expect one to happen. Further if you simply project production into the near future IE two to three qtrs. it is relatively easy to see how they can now fulfil their capex programs on a cashflow basis.

To get to Techsavvy's .10 something catastrophic wil have to happen. To get to Greens +.60 Kerrobert will have to deliver a decent well. From where I sit the latter seems more likely than the former.
