Let's see, there has been a lot of information about costs relative to new satellite sites, new production plants, new equipment as well as related increased costs for manpower and training is a good start. What is this looting you keep referring to, cannot find anything that supports your accusations. Must be information not available to all of us or unfounded intent to mislead.
