Awwww c'mon I was just having fun with you....Yes This is something I was expecting for a long time because the financials consistantly pointed to it making sense. I suspect that they reason they reduced the exercise price by so much is because they may be under a little pressure to get Kerrobert on a faster track and this will certainly help them achieve that end but only if holders exercise these warrants. 

Consider... Kerrobert is in an area known to have relatively good wells and should they get even one well producing at anything over 100 boe/d then any imputed dilution due to this financing will be more than made up for by an increasing share PPS. 

By the way I was maintaining for sometime now that a financing would be beneficial to the company and this just confirms what my research was saying so as far as I'm concerned I was right. Remember a financing does not have to be a PP and nor would I have expected one... a financing however can take many other different forms ie debentures or this.
