Sd2leo, I am in total agreement with your post ... If Management assembles this company properly, PHM will be in a hot space at the perfect time as pressures mount on the health care system to drastically reduce costs ... It would not be outside the realm of possibility that PHM is eventually a takeover target ... I expect PHM to be much more valuable about two years from now ... Patience (and patients) is the key.
