RE:RE:RE:RE:Webinar....Neil said today, with complete certainty, that a RS will not happen unless absolutely necessary for an uplisting to NASDAQ. 
As far as exercising options that had a 5 year shelf life, I'm thinking management had a very good reason for spending a year's salary to purchase them today instead of in 2019.
