RE:Costs? Only a novice buys into this!since the land already belongs to them, the geology work was done on those sectors and the
 infrastructure is pretty close, the incremental cost is less than $4M (~$3.4M).
As for time for drilling, you are right. now (this winter) would have been a great time to drill if they
 had the proven track record. that is the reason why they are so cheap right now.
Your logic says that if the valuation is high, the company is good and you should have loved pry
 at above $2 per that logic. 
Anyway, only my opinion.
