So what your'e really saying is management doesn't even want to support the stock at a half a cent. That's got to make all of us feel much better ???  

Since management has been unable to put any type of deal together for well over a year, maybe management are just hoping the other company will be more successful in selling Pirquitas in the hope the 25% AHC gets might be enough to pay them some of their stipends/expenses they continue to accrue.

This all stinks!!
