Just because HBK announced the financing plan...doesn't mean they had it!! Confirmation is needed...and like 4Seas suggests...the names of the participants is important. I'm assuming they will be identified. Additionally, when this loan is confirmed it is really a hugh material change in my opinion because it will confirm HBK is for real going into the gravel pit business!!!
