The Bidding Wars for EPK Have Commenced

The Bidding Wars for EPK Have CommencedAs Danny Deadlock's states...

EPM has been getting inquiries from some large companies (I don't know if Potash specific or Mining in general) and I don't know the specific nature of these early discussions. However, these small companies sitting on significant undervalued assets need enough working capital to ensure they don't look desperate - if they do, the majors will try to take advantage of the situation.

This small financing ensures EPM directors can discuss "whatever" with "whoever" in 2014 and not feel like someone is holding a gun to their head. India giant Tata Chemicals remains a large shareholder and active participant with them. However, that doesn't mean that the CEO and directors are not open to discussions with other companies.
