Compass Minerals Will Buy EPK for US$200 MillionCompass Minerals' subsiary SOP company (Great Salt Lake Minerals Company) is only three hours away from EPK's property.
They can expand their existing facility to double production and truck EPK's SOP product there, saving huge amounts on the CAPEX.
With an EBITDA of $140 million, they would have the EPK's purchase paid within 18 -24 months.
