RE:Pirquitas Status

RE:Pirquitas StatusYou are correct Hawk this is material change as it amends the agreement. You could report this to the regulators and have them put a full halt on AHC again and most likely we will never see this company back to trading or certainly it will be halted for at least another year.

Lets see if the regulators accept the MCTO. If they do and the property is sold than at least they get something, question is what are they trying to sell it for (maybe just a straight share deal), that could suck for AHC if the company buying is just another nobody. However Cardero does not own the drilling permit and we have no idea if that permit is transferrable. If it is than AHC still has a card to play.

It also does nto say what the time frame is that Cardero has to sell this 'limited time' wtf does that mean, 3 months, or 6 or 48 ???

GL!
