1. Source code licensing. They offers this service to every game maker out there. It would have meant, if they had pricing set appropriately that they could offer said pricing at scale. But the biz clearly was not thriving. So now they want to get the code into the hands of game makers. What are the economics here now. Is it way cheaper to do this? Do game makers need to hire dedicated staff to do the work? How many games will a maker need to convert per year. Just because someone isn't buying your assembled furniture doesn't mean you can do better selling it unassembled. So for me, I'm dubious until the revs startmrolling in.
2. Game distributor. So since when was this a core competency? What makers need or want a company at is not a dedicated distributor to take their games to market. And if you're already managing your PC games why give the Mac version to someone else. I don't see this one at all.
3. Converting PC games to iOS, androis and steam. What's the market? What games? Sounds good. But what PC games are you gonna play on your ipad.

This is BY FAR your best post on this board. I would rate it 9.2/10.
Keep up the good work.
