RE:CIBC...dumping like crazy......Probably irresponsible (and illegal) naked shorting. Stock goes up they sell, stock goes down they sell. Little guy can't win against that kind of stacked deck.  HFT is only a joke compared to naked shorting and the havoc it wreaks.  Just look at BML's pending lawsuit; they're on the right track.
